Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Vinance Coin ("VNC Platform", "we", "us") may issue refunds to users. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, which are processed on the blockchain and are inherently irreversible, our refund policy is limited compared to traditional financial services.

⚠️ Important: Cryptocurrency transactions on the blockchain (BSC, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana networks) are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by us or any party.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

INR deposit not credited to account ✅ Full refund or credit 3-5 business days
Payment gateway error / failed transaction ✅ Full refund 5-10 business days
Platform technical error causing wrong trade execution ✅ Correction or refund 3-7 business days
Unauthorized transaction (verified by investigation) ✅ Full refund 7-14 business days
Cancelled INR withdrawal (before processing) ✅ Amount re-credited Instant

3. Non-Refundable Transactions

The following transactions are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Completed VNC Purchases: Once VNC tokens are credited to your wallet, the buy order cannot be refunded.
  • VNC Sales: Selling VNC for INR is final and irreversible.
  • Crypto Withdrawals: Once a withdrawal is processed and broadcast to the blockchain, it cannot be reversed.
  • Token Transfers: VNC transferred to external wallet addresses cannot be recalled.
  • Crypto Swaps: Swap transactions (crypto-to-VNC or VNC-to-crypto) are final.
  • Staking Rewards Claimed: Rewards already claimed cannot be reversed.
  • Market Price Changes: We do not refund based on price fluctuations after purchase.
  • Network Fees: Blockchain network/gas fees are non-refundable.
  • User Errors: Sending funds to incorrect addresses, wrong amounts, or wrong networks.
  • Account Suspension: Refunds are not issued for accounts suspended due to Terms violations.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at finance@vinancecoin.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Email]"
  2. Include the following details:
    • Your registered email address
    • Transaction ID / reference number
    • Amount and currency
    • Date and time of transaction
    • Reason for refund request
    • Payment receipt / screenshot (if available)
  3. Our team will investigate within 2-3 business days and respond with a decision.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) Bank transfer to registered account 3-5 business days

Note: Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank. VNC Platform initiates refunds promptly but does not control third-party processing times.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect all users, we have anti-fraud measures in place:

  • Refund requests are subject to investigation and verification.
  • Repeated or suspicious refund requests may result in account review or suspension.
  • Chargeback fraud (requesting bank chargeback after receiving VNC tokens) will result in permanent account ban and may lead to legal action.
  • All refund investigations are documented and may be shared with law enforcement if fraud is suspected.

7. Refund Request Deadline

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Requests submitted after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Requests submitted after 30 days will generally not be considered.

8. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue partial refunds:

  • If only a portion of the deposit was affected by an error.
  • If processing fees or network fees have already been incurred.
  • If part of the deposited funds have already been used for trading.

Partial refund amounts will be clearly communicated before processing.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision:

  1. Escalation: Email legal@vinancecoin.com with "Refund Dispute" in the subject line.
  2. Review: A senior team member will review your case within 5 business days.
  3. Mediation: If unresolved, we agree to participate in mediation before legal proceedings.
  4. Legal Jurisdiction: All disputes are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in New Delhi courts.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be notified via email and in-app notification. The latest version will always be available at vinancecoin.com/refund-policy.
